We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director / Attending Physician to provide leadership and clinical oversight for nursing home and long-term care facilities in the Toledo, Ohio area. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a physician with experience as an attending physician in skilled nursing or post-acute settings who is looking for a flexible role with strong earning potential.

The Medical Director will work collaboratively with facility leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to support high-quality patient care, clinical decision-making, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for assigned nursing home facilities
• Provide clinical oversight and support for resident care
• Participate in care plan development and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with facility leadership and nursing staff to improve quality outcomes
• Review complex cases, treatment plans, and clinical concerns as needed

Qualifications

Compensation

• $220,000–$250,000 annualized full-time equivalent
• Prorated compensation for part-time schedule
• Flexible schedule depending on facility coverage and availability
