Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Genuine interest in psychology, human services and advocacy for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and support to individuals toward employment goals.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with coworkers and supervisors.
• Motivate and guide individuals throughout their employment journey and build skills.
• Assist with scheduling and participate in team meetings for assigned individuals.
