Sage Haus LLC seeks a warm Household Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family in San Antonio, TX. The role covers household organization, meal prep, laundry, errands, and occasional backup childcare, with a flexible 10-15 hour per week schedule.

You will reset kitchens, manage groceries, coordinate service providers, and maintain a clean, organized home in a collaborative, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation (own vehicle required); mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to navigate stairs throughout the day.
• Able to maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Comfortable preparing vegetarian meals and following family preferences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: reset spaces after morning routine; tidy rooms; light vacuum; create organization systems; diaper pail and minor upkeep; coordinate donation drop-offs; access to service providers.
• Meal Support: plan ~4 vegetarian meals weekly; manage grocery lists; shop for ingredients; prepare ingredients; kitchen reset after cooking.
• Laundry & Linens: wash/dry/fold; iron/steam as needed; weekly linens; tidy laundry area.
• Inventory & Errands: restock pantry; maintain lists; returns, dry cleaning, and courier tasks; occasional clothing donation.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: detailed cleaning of fridge/oven and reorganizing spaces; toy/clothes organization.
• Family Support: occasional backup childcare or pickups/drop-offs in emergencies.
• Vehicle Upkeep: assist with occasional family vehicle maintenance.
