Qualifications

• Experience with hotel laundry operations or similar environment.
• Ability to handle casual work schedules including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sort laundry prior to washing by fabric type, color, item or soil concentration.
• Pull damaged or stained linen before loading washers.
• Ensure maximum loading capacity of machines.
• Load washers and dryers to recommended weights.
• Set dryers for proper heating and cooling times to save energy.
• Fold linen and towels according to brand standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean laundry equipment per company standards.
• Inform supervisor of any mechanical failures or supply shortages.
