The position requires 1+ year of hotel experience (preferred), high school diploma, and reliability. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort soiled linens and terry.
• Maintain records of damaged or stained linen and terry.
• Operate washers and dryers as manufacturer intended.
• Inform supervisor of mechanical failures or supply shortages.
• Fold clean terry and linen and stock shelves.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Know emergency procedures and follow safety guidelines.
