Adoration Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Providence, RI team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. A valid RI RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and residence is required.
• One year nursing practice in patient care setting required; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients’ family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
