Job summary

Adoration Health Home Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in Providence, RI. This role offers 1:1 care, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work independently with team support, in a home health setting.

Experience in home health or geriatrics is preferred; current RN license in the state of practice is required along with CPR certification. A compassionate, patient-focused approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• RN license with current unrestricted registration in the practicing state is required.
• One year nursing experience; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record in line with Adoration policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and educate family/caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
