The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist patients with daily living and personal care in their home according to an established care plan. This part-time role emphasizes respect, safety, and quality comfort in patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and monitoring health needs. You will document observations and communicate with the nurse supervisor to ensure adherence to the care plan.

Qualifications

• Maintains CPR certification per state regulations.
• Reads and follows written instructions and documents care given.
• Completes Maxim competency program and screening as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with baths, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting and feeding.
• Record vital signs and document changes as ordered.
• Ensure safe transfers and ambulation.
• Assist with activities and range of motion per care plan.
• Assist with patient laundry and home safety measures.
• Observe, document, and report to the nurse supervisor.
