The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide daily living assistance and personal care to patients in their homes according to an established care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting with baths, hygiene, mobility, documenting changes, and communicating with the supervising nurse. Requirements include CPR certification and the ability to read and follow written instructions; flexible, part-time hours offered.

• Meets all training requirements per state and federal laws where applicable.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with daily living activities per care plan (baths, hygiene, dressing, feeding).
• Take and record vital signs when ordered.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation.
• Support exercise and range of motion per care plan.
• Handle patient laundry and safety measures.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to nurse supervisor.
• Maintain clear communication with client, family, and office.
