Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers in Myrtle Beach, SC to track new home construction. You’ll drive to neighborhoods every 90 days for 2–3 weeks, recording lot status with maps. No sales or office hours.

Ideal for independent workers seeking flexible, low-stress work. You must own a reliable vehicle, have a valid license and insurance, and be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Background check (criminal and driving records) is required.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
• Flexible, part-time schedule with quarterly field visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods.
• Visually identify lot status: occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps.
• Track mileage and time.
• Return completed folders to your managers.
