Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Every quarter (about 90 days) you’ll spend 2–3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording construction status on provided maps. There are no sales calls or office hours.

Applicants should enjoy quiet, solo work and be able to drive, identify lot status, and return completed folders to managers. Role requires mileage/time tracking and adherence to driving records rules.

Formación

• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods.
• Visually identify lot status: occupied, under construction, vacant, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps.
• Track mileage and time.
• Return completed folders to your managers.
