You’ll drive through neighborhoods every quarter, 2–3 weeks, record construction status on maps, and return folders to managers. Flexible hours, no data entry, no office hours, $15/hour plus mileage.

Qualifications

• Independent field work requiring driving through neighborhoods.
• No data entry or heavy computer work.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license and insurance.
• Background check (criminal and driving records) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods.
• Visually identify lot status: occupied, under construction, vacant, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps.
• Track mileage and time.
• Return completed folders to your managers.
