Job summary

Zonda, a housing market data provider, is hiring a Part-Time Field Researcher in Winston-Salem, NC. You will drive through neighborhoods every quarter for 2-3 weeks, recording construction status on maps. No sales, no office hours.

You must have a reliable vehicle, valid license and insurance; work is flexible with hours from 8 AM to 6 PM. You will be paid $12 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, with light lifting up to 20 lbs. A brief background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Visually identify lot status: whether homes occupied, under construction, or vacant
• Mark findings on provided site maps
• Track mileage and time
• Return completed folders to your managers

What You’ll Do:

Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend 2-3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
