Qualifications

• Must have current and valid driver’s license.

• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and navigating by map or GPS.

Responsibilities

• Drive through assigned new construction areas and residential neighborhoods.
• Visually identify lot status (occupied, under construction, vacant, etc.).
• Mark findings on provided site maps and track mileage/time.
• Return completed folders to managers.
