Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls. Once every quarter (every 90 days), you'll spend 2-3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid driver's license.
• Driving Record/Abstract check completed prior to start.
• Ability to drive through assigned new construction neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods.
• Visually identify lot status: occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps.
• Track mileage and time.
• Return completed folders to managers.
