Responsibilities

• Sets up, loads and operates the dish-washing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Distributes all utensils, china, silverware, and pots to appropriate areas after washing.
• Washes worktables, walls, and work areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Picks up, bags trash and removes all trash to designated areas.
• Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality in interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
