Job summary

Caring Transitions of Apple Valley, MN is hiring part-time team members to work on-site at clients' homes across the South Metro, including Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount and surrounding areas. The role offers flexibility with no guaranteed hours and is ideal for parents, students, retirees, or anyone needing extra income.

Responsibilities include downsizing, relocation, decluttering, and assisting with on-site sales, with physical duties such as lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Compassion and respect for clients, senior-focused.
• Ability to complete tasks in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Willingness to work in cluttered/dirty environments; PPE provided as needed.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
• Punctual and detail-oriented.
• Have reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling and duties.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check.
• Willing to drive to southern Dakota County and northern Rice/Goodhue Counties.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team to downsize, relocate clients, and liquidate items.
• Organize, pack, unpack, and resettle clients in homes and senior living communities.
• Sort items for recycling, donation, disposal and clean-out.
• Assist buyers during on-site pickup and sales.
• Stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, pack/unpack and label boxes.
