Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking independent contractors for on-site residential construction inspections in Beech Creek, PA. You will photograph properties and upload progress via our mobile app to support lenders' reports.

Flexibility is key: choose inspections as they become available, with typical 24–48 hour turnarounds. Prior experience is not required, and PPE is mandatory for site visits.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required.
• Flexible schedule with inspections assigned as needed and 24–48 hours’ notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• PPE gear required: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the Pruvan app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
