Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking on-site inspectors to photograph residential construction sites within a 25-mile radius of Denver, CO. You work independently, at flexible hours, and get paid per project with direct deposit after submission of photos. No report writing is required.

A reliable vehicle, a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app, and a basic understanding of residential construction help you succeed in this contract role. PPE gear is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule: inspections assigned as needed with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iOS/Android) compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the Pruvan app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
