Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors in the Colorado area to photograph residential construction sites. You will visit assigned properties, document progress with interior and exterior photos, and upload imagery via a mobile app for reports.

This is a contract freelancer role with flexible hours and independence. Applicants should have reliable transportation, a smartphone compatible with the app, and the ability to complete inspections within 24–48 hours of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos) to photograph progress.
• Capture interior and exterior photos using the Pruvan app to document completion levels.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
