Job summary

NWM Risk Management seeks flexible, part-time contractors to conduct on-site construction inspections within a 25-mile radius. You will photograph progress at residential properties using a mobile app and submit images for reporting.

No report writing is required; you’ll be paid by project after photos are approved, with direct deposit. Reliable transportation and a smartphone or tablet are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with inspections assigned as needed, typically with short notice.
• Requires reliable transportation to reach multiple sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with the Pruvan app (device must be within 5 years).
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a safety vest are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the app to document on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report-writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
