LifeWise Academy is looking for a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, and coordinate fundraising and campus operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and mission-driven outreach, with responsibilities in scheduling, budgeting, team support and compliant program management.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or community engagement is helpful.
• A heart for the mission and ability to work with volunteers are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communications.
• Recruit, train and support team members to serve the program.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
