Qualifications

• Interest in early childhood education and supporting young learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom routines.
• Step into classrooms to maintain continuity of care during staff absences.
• Engage children in hands-on, play-based learning that promotes creativity and growth.
• Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Lead/Assistant Teachers and administration across settings.
• Communicate respectfully with children, families, and colleagues.
