Royal Crown Homes is seeking a dedicated female caregiver to provide essential 1:1 or 1:2 support to a female client in her home or community, ensuring wellbeing and comfort. The role may involve all levels of direct care and includes paid training.

This position requires a valid Minnesota driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance, with availability for at least 3 shifts per month. Training is provided after onboarding, with pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a Minnesota driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Fluent in English language.
• Willing to work on-call/part-time shifts, minimum 3 shifts per month.
• DHS background study required and HIPAA compliance.

Mansioni

• Support individuals in independent living skills through 1:1 or 1:2 services.
• Assist with mental health management by identifying and practicing coping skills.
• Teach and model community integration skills including managing medications, finances, and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Complete required EVV and trainings on hire and annually.
