• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must reside in Dakota, Scott, Rice, Carver, or Le Sueur county.
• Compassionate and reliable with strong communication.
• No professional caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: aid with bathing, dressing, grooming to promote independence.
• Meal Preparation: plan and prepare meals per client preferences.
• Light Housekeeping: assist with housekeeping, laundry, linens for safety.
• Companionship: engage client in social interactions at home.
• Transportation: provide transport to medical appointments and events.
