ROYAL CROWN HOMES LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in New Brighton, MN. This part-time role involves providing essential care and 1:1 or 1:2 support to individuals in their homes or the community. Responsibilities include supporting independent living skills, managing mental health, teaching personal finance skills, and light housekeeping. Candidates must possess a valid Minnesota driver's license and a high school diploma. The position requires flexibility to work a minimum of three shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Pass a DHS background study.
• Maintain a high level of client confidentiality, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in independent living skills through 1:1 or 1:2 service.
• Support individuals in mental health management through identifying coping skills.
• Teach self-managing medications, managing personal finances, and community integration skills.
• Participate in recreational events.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Light housekeeping duties like cleaning and laundry.
