Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Newark, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced BCBA, collect data on treatment goals during sessions, and collaborate with families to share strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Experience with autism or ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
