Happyian in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians while maintaining a small caseload.

This role offers a flexible schedule with a caseload of 1–3 clients, no minimum hours, and administrative support. Competitive pay at $80–$95 per hour and a collaborative, clinician-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed; maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery.

Compensation
