Happyian in Illinois is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our team. The role offers flexible daytime, afternoon, or mixed schedules and a small caseload of 1–3 clients across Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palos Hills, and West Dundee.

Compensation ranges from $80–$95 per hour with no minimum or maximum hour requirements and administrative support. We value clinician well-being and professional independence in a European-inspired work culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery.
