The role provides administrative support and allows for a choice of daytime or evening schedule, promoting a strong work-life balance in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field and an active BCBA certification. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behaviour technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery.
