Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license preferred (will be required soon).
• Previous experience with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
