Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license in the state of employment.
• 3+ years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, or armed security-related professional, or a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Armed guard card or license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a financial institution, adhering to site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identifications and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security systems from the front desk; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events as required.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation; support a professional environment.
