Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Crete, NE. This role provides reliable, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform, offering flexibility and potential progression toward full-time employment.

Pay rate is $18.50 per hour with a Mon 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities include access control, visitor logs, incident reporting, and ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the site.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify IDs; issue visitor credentials.
• Control access to production, warehouse, office, and restricted areas per site procedures.
• Inspect vehicles, deliveries, and packages; report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents and conduct patrols; complete required reports.
