Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and provide progress updates to families.

This role offers flexible afternoon/evening shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities for ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
