Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. You will collect data, implement plans under supervision, and support families with strategies and progress updates.

The role offers flexible, after-school/evening hours and requires a high school diploma with a passion for helping children. Transportation is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children (1:1) in homes.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
