Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians in Norwood, Massachusetts, to provide behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Successful candidates will work closely with families and BCBA supervisors to implement positive behavior strategies and document session data. The position offers thoughtful schedules and opportunities for professional growth, alongside competitive pay ranging from $23.62 to $31.69 per hour, based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start (training provided).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within a 30–40-minute drive radius.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.

Connaissances

Experience working with children

Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools

Experience with autism

Formation

High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree
