Job summary

Cortica in Newton, MA, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to design and deliver life-changing, play-based ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and group services, implement BCBA-developed strategies, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time options, Saturday hours, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles, with a supportive, transdisciplinary team and ongoing professional

• 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
