Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver life-changing ABA care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role offers part-time schedules, with possible Saturdays, plus a comprehensive 4-week in-person orientation and BCAT exam review.

Earn hourly wages from $23.62 to $31.69, with paid training and mileage/toll reimbursements. Opportunities for growth and referrals are available.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols and de-escalation procedures.
