Heartland ABA in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will work one-on-one to implement evidence-based ABA plans and foster growth, independence, and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• No experience? Paid training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
