Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our devoted team and support clients in achieving unique goals through evidence-based ABA interventions. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, document progress with electronic data collection, collaborate with a clinical team, and assist families in developing practical skills at home or in community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions and supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
