Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals in home or community settings. The role emphasizes one-on-one ABA services and collaboration with a dedicated clinical team.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time hours, and opportunities for advancement within the ABA field. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be willing to learn, and demonstrate patience and compassion with children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience with children with Autism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
