Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving their goals in home or community settings. You will contribute to evidence-based ABA services and work within a dedicated clinical team.

No experience? No problem — paid training is provided and there are opportunities for professional advancement and flexible scheduling with part-time roles.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
