Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home or community settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team to support client goals.

A 6-month commitment is desired. Part-time positions with flexible hours are available, and paid training is provided for candidates new to the field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to starting work.

Responsibilities
