Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, following evidence-based plans to support independence and positive behavior.

We offer flexible hours, part-time positions, same-day pay, and paid training. A willingness to commit to at least six months and an RBT certification are required to join our mission of helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
