Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking caregivers to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We welcome seasoned professionals and newcomers who are passionate about helping children with Autism and are ready to commit to ongoing client support.

Part-time roles start with a six-month commitment, and we provide paid training. You will work in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based ABA services, collecting session data, and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Part-time positions with a 6-month commitment.
• Paid training provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
