Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in homes and community settings. You will apply evidence-based ABA interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Part-time positions with same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement are available. Training is provided to new hires and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required.
• Strong empathy and patience with children.
• Ability to record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
