Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Jackson Township, New Jersey is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and in community settings on a flexible, part-time/per diem schedule.

As BT, you will follow plans from a supervising BCBA, collect data, maintain a positive environment, and communicate with families and supervisors. RBT certification is a plus, but not required; HS diploma acceptable. Great opportunity for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors.
