Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our Santa Ana team and deliver life-changing ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and group sessions, implement strategies designed with BCBA supervision, and document progress to support families.

We offer fully paid training, flexible part-time options, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA paths within a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA collaboration.
• Use evidence-based practices to promote progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
