Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Somerville, MA. Help design and deliver life-changing ABA care for children with neurodevelopmental differences, with supportive coaching from senior staff and opportunities for career advancement.

Roles offer flexible part-time schedules, paid training, and a path to BCBA roles. You’ll work across multiple client sites within a 30-40 minute radius, using evidence-based practices to foster meaningful progress for families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus)
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius
• Tech-savvy with EMR and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance
• Document session data to track treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting
