Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists (LPC or LMSW) in Virginia to provide individual, family, and couples therapy with Telehealth options. Candidates should be licensed or Resident in Counseling and ready to manage a steady caseload while collaborating with a supportive leadership team.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed mental health professional or Resident in Counseling in Virginia.
• Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• If planning to engage in tele-health from home, having a private, HIPAA-compliant home office.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing clinical documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other Ellie staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Support the mission of expanding access to quality mental health care.
